Alatchakra: Actress Jaya Ahsan Wraps Up Shooting Of Her Upcoming Film
Directed by Habibur Rahman, it is Bangladesh’s first 3D film. Jaya will be essaying the role of Tayeba. Apart from Jaya, Bangladeshi actor Ahmed Rubel will be seen playing the lead character of Daniel (Ahmed Sofa)
Actress Jaya Ahsan has completed the shooting of her next upcoming Bangladeshi film Alatchakra. The beautiful actress will be playing a lead role in the film which is also the first film 3D of Bangladesh. The 1971 Liberation War feature film is based on Sofa’s renowned autobiographical novel by the same name.
The entire film has been shot in 3D in partnership with Skywork Studios from Mumbai. Directed by Habibur Rahman, it is Bangladesh’s first 3D film. Jaya will be essaying the role of Tayeba. Apart from Jaya, Bangladeshi actor Ahmed Rubel will be seen playing the lead character of Daniel (Ahmed Sofa).
Meanwhile, Jaya Ahsan will be next seen in Atanu Ghosh’s Robibar with Prosenjit Chatterjee. A few days back, the director revealed the release date of the film and the film will hit the screen in December.
The teaser shows open with the introduction of Prosenjit Chatterjee and Jaya Ahsan. Both go through rough patch and how they overcome is the story all about. In the film, the director has beautifully shown emotions.
There is not much information about the story of the film. The film will be bankrolled by Echo Entertainments.
It is to be noted here that Atanu Ghosh’s Binisutoy will be releasing in November. The film stars Ritwick Chakraborty and Jaya Ahsan in the lead roles. The movie is about two strangers and how they find peace in each other’s story.
